Homework Buddies (M-Th at Richmond center any time from 3 to 5 p.m.) needed to assist children (K-8th Grades) with homework and studying after school.

Teacher Assistant (M-F at all centers any time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) needed to help in the preschool classrooms with lessons, games, snacks, etc.

Administrative Helper (M-F any time from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) needed to assist with answering phones, filing, etc.

Due to Dept. of Social Services guidelines, all persons volunteering on a regular basis (more than three consecutive times) must obtain a TB Test from their physician before they can begin volunteering.  Volunteers must also submit an affidavit stating they have not been convicted of a felony, or a misdemeanor barrier crime (physical crime against another person). Please contact Jessica Hockett at 644-2357 or to set up a volunteer orientation and get involved in volunteering with Friends Association for Children.
